12Cr1MoV boiler steel

12Cr1MoV boiler steel

12Cr1MoV, alloy structural steel&boiler steel. Compared with 12CrMoV steel, it has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. In addition, the tensile strength of the steel should be close to that of the steel before welding and after welding. At 580 ℃, it still has high thermal strength, oxidation resistance and high permanent plasticity. The production process is simple and the welding performance is good.

Equivalent Of 12Cr1MoV Steel:

GB DIN EN ISO
12Cr1MoV 17175 16Mo3

12Cr1MoV Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength (σ B / MPA): ≥ 490
Yield point (σ s / MPA): ≥ 245 elongation after fracture (δ 5 /%): ≤ 22
Reduction of area (ψ /%): ≥ 50
Impact absorption energy (aku2 / J): ≥ 71
Impact toughness value α kV (J / cm2): ≥ 88 (9)
Brinell hardness (hbs100 / 3000) (annealed or high temperature tempered): ≤ 179
